This is not my first order from this site, but it is the first time I have received a defective item. Fortunately, thanks to Karen, it is being handled fast. This website is fantastic, as is the customer service.
My fiancé and I have placed numerous orders here, and each encounter improves our sex life, for which Forthecloset has provided us with unlimited ideas, with no doubt more to come. Customer support has been excellent, and any complaints or replacement toys have been handled quickly.
I have used Forthecloset quite a bit; my most recent order was 3 for 2 and even though I forgot to add the last item, they still put the cheapest thing; they are a terrific company and I have never had any problems with my orders; I will definitely use them again.
Because the product did not come with any documentation, I assumed it was defective. I ordered a similar product because it was urgently needed. It too arrived without instructions, and I suspected it was defective as well, so I returned both. Customer Service responded quickly, informing me that neither product was damaged, but that my funds will be returned. Excellent customer service, however perhaps if there had been even simple instructions on how to use the device, they could have sold it!

Excellent product that is simple to use. The toy produced very satisfactory results. I could not wait to use it after it arrived in two days.
The only criticism is that the so-called one-size-fits-all outfits truly do not fit my wife's size 14 and underwear is nothing near, looks like kids sizes which is frightening tbh but other items was spot on delivery was nice too I would use again but just not for apparel

I purchased a few items, which arrived quietly and swiftly, and I am delighted to tell that the quality of all items (clothes and props) is really good for the price. Everything was excellent.
Ordered on Saturday and paid for following day delivery, only to receive a receipt after payment informing me that my things will not be delivered next day over the weekend. As a result, I have ended up paying for next-day delivery when it is just not possible. I just wanted to make folks aware of this before they pay the extra and end up getting them delivered on the regular delivery day. It is not fair that you are not made aware of this until after payments have been made.
