We respect your privacy. All products are shipped discreetly in a plain brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All goods that are dispatched are sent by a tracked/recorded insured service. This means goods will not be left on the door-step and must be signed for or left at the depot for you to collect.

BANK HOLIDAYS

We dont ship on any bank holidays whole year-round.

DELIVERY METHODS AND CHARGES

For your peace of mind will always deliver your items by tracked, insured methods. You will receive a tracking number and will be able to track the progress of your deliveries.

We dont work on Sundays. So, we dont ship parcels across on Sundays.Moreover, our courier partners do not ship on Saturdays as well.

Your orders will be dispatched by the choice you select during checkout.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery (2 - 3 working days) £4.54 (Free on orders over £40)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery (1 - 2 working days) £5.75 (Free on orders over £70)

Royal Mail Special Delivery  (1 working day) £8.50. Make sure you order before 6 PM to have it the next day. Otherwise, it would take a day more.

DPD Next Day Delivery (Saturdays) £8.50

Royal Mail (Europe) Tracked Delivery (3 - 5 working days) £10

Royal Mail (Rest of World) International Signed for service (3 - 7 working days) £15

If you are not in when the parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us.
