The service and delivery are both amazing. The things are usually decent, albeit they are not always exactly as they appear on the website.
Items arrived on time and in good condition. The quality of the items varied; some were of high quality, while others did not appear to last very long.
Your customer service is excellent; but, if you purchase something that is barely 7 inches long, it will chew your bell end.
Quick delivery. Items (Nipple teasers), which are highly interesting yet lack operation instructions. However, with some experimentation, it was feasible to figure it out.
I had some troubles with one of the toys I purchased from Forthecloset after only using it once. After contacting customer support, they instantly supplied a replacement, no questions asked. What more could one ask for? That is what I call exceptional customer service; congratulations, Forthecloset!
Okay, honest feedback: I was impressed with the really quick arrival. Some of the products disappointed me. I emailed Forthecloset and mentioned my dissatisfaction, and they replaced my items within 48 hours. Order not received, email with order number/tracking clearly displays order error, and I have been sent information about another customer as confirmation of postage. I have been contacted and am awaiting a replacement; customer service was excellent when I spoke with them.

I regret giving Forthecloset four stars. The merchandise arrived quite promptly, and I am generally pleased with what I purchased. But I also believe that Forthecloset has fallen into the same trap as Forthecloset, where novelty goods coexist with more practical, utilitarian, and serious items. The first item I purchased is exactly what I expected. Some of the materials feel cheaper than the description said, but I am pleased with my purchase overall. The other two products I purchased because they were on sale and I figured I would give them a shot. I will not go into detail, but one item is impractical and the other does not perform what it claims to do. I prefer Forthecloset to competitors I have tried, therefore I will return here for future purchases (thus the four stars), but I will also need to be more mindful of the legit and less authentic things.
Purchased a device from this establishment which arrived quickly, as in the next day, but unfortunately did not work as it was supposed to due to a manufacturing fault got on the phone straight away to these guys they were apologetic polite very helpful & sorted a replacement out which arrived the next day, totally happy with the service will definitely be back shopping real soon
