Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Return Delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
