The things purchased are of high quality, however the discounts were not applied since the site stated that they had expired or that my transaction did not qualify. A bit let down, but wonderful items.

The rock hard tables function, however they are a little costly considering you only get 15 days worth.

This website is simple to use and browse. The site search works well and quickly discovered what I was looking for. My only complaint is that qualified deals are not automatically added to your shopping, and you must remember codes and other details. Overall, I had a good time utilizing the site.
To be perfectly honest, I give 4/5 for the customer service received rather than the things. I buy from here on a regular basis, and while a couple goods were either missing or did not match the description, customer support reacted extremely soon and made sure I had a few choices. They are not flawless, but when dealing with complaints, they appear to address any concerns to a high quality. Items are always shipped quickly and arrive in extremely inconspicuous safe packaging. Many of the goods have exceeded my expectations, and they consistently retain the tension nice and high when in use.

I went to the website after receiving an email with the newest deals and added various products to the basket that were of sufficient worth to qualify the free offer and 3 for £30. This did not appear in the cart, so I proceeded with the order only to discover that the 3 for £30 offer was no longer available. After sending an email, I received a response stating that I was not eligible for additional offers since I had logged in. Apart from the fine print in the T&C, this was not explicitly explained. It was a little underwhelming.

It was fine; the stuff I purchased was a little noisy and annoying, but this was not their fault.
