Had a problem with one damaged product, which was quickly returned and corrected, and customer contact and service were excellent.
I have used this site a few times and it is normally really nice. I was called about an item that was out of stock, despite the fact that the website claimed it was available. Very professionally handled, and I was offered an option with an apology. Although the email subject should have been more specific.
Ann summers are less expensive. On most things, provide for all types, but the rrp of the freebies is exorbitant, however I have been using this store for many years and delivery is always discreet and usually on time. I would suggest it to many folks.
The website was easy to use and effectively emphasized special offers. It even provides you the expiration date and time, which is useful for future planning. Adding the things to the bag was quite straightforward, as was the checkout procedure, and the response was excellent (completed order/out for delivery). The package arrived in conventional discrete packing, with airbags protecting the contents within. Except for one point, the stitching on the garter belt was so loose on one area that it fell apart in my hands (not a problem, it was quite easy to patch back together).
My product was great, and the delivery was swift, however it was packed in a jiffy bag, which meant the postman assumed he could get it through the letter box, potentially damaging it. Maybe harder packaging or a label that says 'sensitive, treat with care'?
The toys arrived quickly, and they were just as promised. We had a lot of fun with them, and we are still having fun with them. Overall, a good service.

I have always enjoyed the toys from Forthecloset and decided to purchase myself some latex the last time I ordered. After double-checking all the specifications, I went for an XL, even though I am normally a size 16, and it came out a little smaller than I would have expected. My boobs look amazing, but they are still a little too tiny. I am pleased because it came with a complimentary latex lubricant and was reasonably priced.
Quick service, and the toys have already been highly utilized. She will get over her aversion to the bodystocking.

Although one of the non-made by them items states one size fits all, I am an obese guy and it was not tight on me and looks sagging, so I am a little dissatisfied.

Everything is fine, albeit some of the lubes are a little iffy. Unfortunately, my wifey is not into anything, although she did enjoy the bullet toys.
It was mostly a pleasant and uncomplicated experience. I just had one issue with a waterproof item that was not as watertight as I would have liked. However, there are no problems in general.
I bought a toy that is rather difficult to get to function, but I have to say that even though I was a little disrespectful in my email to them, the person who responded to my email was incredibly patient and helpful. The only drawback was the challenging toy, which did not feel very quality, but for the low price, you can not complain; you get what you pay for.
All of the Forthecloset goods I have purchased have been quite satisfying. There are so many different goods to choose from that every time I visit their website, I find new and intriguing things to try. I will always have faith in Forthecloset and can not wait to experience something new from you!
The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I previously had an issue with one of my purchases and found it difficult to return the merchandise for exchange. Overall, a great company to work with.Very good company with amazing stuff. Delivery was quick, and the free gifts were fantastic.
Great for postage and return policy really works when needed, but things may alter significantly from the description or may be missing altogether. Overall, a good seller worth a shot.
