My first order with them, and it was excellent. Everything was just as promised and arrived on time. The outer box was as unobtrusive as they claimed, with no logos or mention of what was within. The website is simple to use, with distinct sections and places for different things.
Orders were filled fast, properly packed, and there was good communication. The majority of the products are of high quality and exactly as stated. The sole exception is Chinese lingerie, which feels cheap and filthy.

Excellent client service! We had hoped to get the couple's advent calendar recently, but it was out of stock. When I contacted them via Twitter, they responded quickly with a return date. Despite the Royal Mail troubles at the time, the date was exact and delivery was quite quick. So far, everything we have opened has been of high quality. The only reason for the four stars is that the calendar lacks doors and is instead just a giant box full with toys.
