Simply grab your sub boy's testicles and secure the 1.43-inch inner diameter ring around the scrotum then place the scrotum into the hollow chamber and lock into place with the accompanying hexagon key and begin slowly turning the handle.

As the handle is turned the space for the testicles becomes smaller the more you turn the more pressure is placed on the scrotum and the more pain is inflicted and you will eventually gain total compliance over your sub.
