As a new client, I was spoiled for choice when I received my goods. One item was broken, but I can joyfully say Forthecloset went above and above to assist me.
Great site with a variety of purchasing alternatives. The site is simple to use and well-organized, with a vast inventory of things. Brown boxes are used to convey items.

The site is great for confidentiality, timely delivery, and understanding, but it could do more promotional stuff because we paid a lot of money and received nothing in return. Everyone likes a freebie.
There was a little issue with one of the toys, but the returns service and prompt response from the crew were excellent, and the problem was resolved instantly. Thank you very much.
The products are of good quality, and the customer service is superb. I would strongly advise you to use them. The only disadvantage is that the range is not necessarily as large as that of other vendors, and the user base is smaller, thus the number of reviews is fewer. But that does not stop them from being fantastic.

The item I bought was defective, however after contacting Customer Support Services, a replacement was issued and arrived two days later. I am quite amazed.

I notified customer support about a defective goods... I received a response the same day and a replacement within two days. I could not have asked for more. Thank you very much.
Well, Forthecloset has once again demonstrated their outstanding service when a product arrived that was just not operating correctly. Karen, a member of their customer support team, was fantastic; she determined the likely fault with the item and, rather than mucking around like many firms do, she just requested for a little video to prove the problem and immediately replaced the entire thing with a new one once she would viewed it. This is how customer service should be done, and I can not thank her and the staff enough for being so professional in making sure the client is taken care of, and this alone is why I will stay a lifelong customer of the firm, just fantastic!!

[I normally give Forthecloset great marks, but this time I did not receive one of the products I purchased since the incorrect item was in the box (the packaging displayed the proper item). Forthecloset understandably wanted me to return the incorrect item so that it could be corrected, but as the item was frankly a bit of tat anyway, having to go through the portal to print a returns label, take it to be posted, and provide a photo of the proof of postage seemed like a lot of hassle when the same thing has every chance of happening again if the wrong items were put in the wrong packaging. For the little amount involved, it would have been better customer service to just send a replacement and save on return postage because I had taken images of the packing and the item demonstrating that I would been received the incorrect item even if the packaging was right]"
