In all honesty, my experience was nearly flawless. The only problem was that all of the tiny boxes inside the bigger descreet package were labeled Forthecloset. Because I live in a shared apartment, this has caused some shame, but nothing too serious. Thank you for the excellent wrapping; we will be back soon.
Good service providing low-cost things that I enjoy, as well as quick delivery. Some of the photos are slightly deceiving when it comes to whether or not a product is wireless, and nowhere on the description does it specify.

I went to the website after receiving an email with the newest deals and added various products to the basket that were of sufficient worth to qualify the free offer and 3 for £30. This did not appear in the cart, so I proceeded with the order only to discover that the 3 for £30 offer was no longer available. After sending an email, I received a response stating that I was not eligible for additional offers since I had logged in. Apart from the fine print in the T&C, this was not explicitly explained. It was a little underwhelming.
It was fine; the stuff I purchased was a little noisy and annoying, but this was not their fault. Delivery was inconvenient because I had to go to the post office to pick it up, but this was not your responsibility. Excellent website and search engine. My item arrived swiftly, and everything was just as promised. Customer support has clearly anticipated any questions that could arise, since I discovered all of the information I need on the website.
I have purchased from Forthecloset a few times, and the things are of excellent quality and reasonably priced. However, when I bought in December, my delivery arrived with one item missing. When I messaged the customer support staff, I was told that it was out of stock when I bought it, but that the money had already been deducted from my back account. I told them I would wait until it was back in stock before they shipped it to me... then I wrote them a month later to see where my product was, only to get a response indicating it was not in stock yet, but it will be back in stock in 1-2 weeks. Another month has passed and there has been no response from the team or on the website. That element of Forthecloset has been really disappointing, but it has been the only issue I have had since buying from them.
I have purchased a number of items from them and have been extremely pleased with my entire experience. However, I have never been impressed with one-size-fits-all underwear or ensembles. I purchased a two-piece set, and the bottoms were significantly too tiny, especially in comparison to the top. I am a UK size 8, therefore I am not very huge, which is why they were too small.
I purchased two products. Penis pump at half the price. If I had paid full amount, I would have been much more disappointed than I am now. The pump leaks and will not retain suction no matter how hard you pump it. Clitoris/nipple pump I also purchased only appears to be capable of one pump and the pump does not refill to allow pumping again, thus results on both goods are disappointing.
