Excellent client service I bought some items for my partner's birthday, my mistake completely that I did not see the 3 week waiting time on sinnovator items, when I complained they corrected me and then bent over backwards to fulfil my order as a matter of urgency they sent all the non sinnovator items out on next day delivery and then the sinnovator items came through 2 days later, all of which they did not have to do as it clearly states about the waiting time so I cannot commend them enough
