I had to return my order since the wrong item was supplied. However, the website and return service were fantastic, and I am looking forward to getting my purchase, which hopefully will be accurate this time. So far, I have not had any complaints about the service.

The client service is excellent. The size comparison is somewhat incorrect. Shipping took longer than planned, however because they are handcrafted things and I live in the United States, they must be transported internationally.
When I purchased this, it was put on back order, which disappointed me because I needed it for my girlfriend's birthday this weekend, but it arrived yesterday and the customer care staff made sure my item was personally handed to the shipping department to ensure I received it on time. They were really helpful and courteous.

My only criticism is that, due to the nature of my home, I always make certain that, at the time of order and impending delivery, I erase your emails from my inbox in case tiny eyes wonder what Forthecloset is. I get emails from Forthecloset requesting for ratings without notice!! So far, I have gotten away with it. Can such requests mask the name in any way?
