I ordered a Doxy Wand in December 2021 that came with a complimentary attachment. The wand came on time, but they had no idea it had been shipped, which presented a problem they might try to solve. When Forthecloset was contacted about the missing attachment, it was discovered that the manufacturer had a supply problem that was out of their control. That is a reality with which we must contend. A free alternative was provided to me, but I already had that. Three employees kept me informed of the status, and today the attachment came along with an email informing me that the shipment had arrived. They are Forthecloset dependable, if not always Forthecloset efficient on shipping, despite the fact that there was no indication that the shipment had started and it was fortunate that I was home to accept it. I will use them once more.
