My girlfriend placed an order as a guest and told me that she had after the fact. I said it was a shame, because she could have used my account and got me the reward points. She joked that she could cancel the order a place it again through my account. We laughed. Nothing more was said about it. I got an email saying that my account had been amended and points added accordingly. It turns out that she had contacted Forthecloset and asked, on the off-chance, if they would care to credit my account without the hassle of cancelling the order and such and they were only too happy to oblige! WELL!! If that's not keeping your customers happy, looking after them, putting them first, then I have no idea what is, or how that could be done. I'm impressed to put it very mildly. As a result of that, and having not been disappointed with any dealing I've had with the company I have no choice but to give them a five star rating and recommend them wholeheartedly.
Let me tell you that resistance is useless—I have tried it a few times. I have been making noise around here since I could not decide between all of their fantastic toys. Very good though there was a problem your end as I ordered before 12 and paid for next day delivery and that was not fullfied but customer services were good and refunded me that and kept me informed on how my order was going, I just think if there's a back log on certain products you need to make the customer aware when ordering so there not paying for a service they can't get
