I tried to use the make 3 payments system couldn't use it the customer service for both the company and the company they use to do so was not very helpful at all ,brought a wand it has the power but seems cheaply made compared to others still good product but no of fittings off others fit the pixcy wand have been. I have been contacted by them with apologies and reassured that this is not something that normally happens and that they are very sorry for the problems I had and assured me that they will an have helped in every way they can i will still use them and am very sure that this was a one off .
