The service was excellent. The quality of my purchase was poor, but you get what you pay for. They exchanged my stuff swiftly and without issue, and I am extremely pleased with their after-sales support.
I have used them a few times to purchase toys and they are generally dead on, but this recent order took much longer than normal to arrive.
"We have always used this company, but some of their products do not last very long." Once used and damaged, it is no longer useable. This has happened twice, maybe due to a defective batch, but it is still a lot of money to lose if you have to replace every time."
My item was of good quality and came on schedule. Prices might be a little excessive at times, so keep an eye out for special deals and specials. I have bought from them several times.

I have no question that the items are of high quality, however the customer service and shipping may be improved. Overall, a nice company that I frequently use because of their low costs.
They are good at what they do, but with a little more ingenuity and a few additional things, they could easily transform 4 stars into 5.
Packaging is excellent, as is customer service...However, paying for 24 hour delivery and receiving 120 hour delivery makes it less than 5 stars...

I ordered on the 20th and expecting it on the 22nd, however it was not posted until the 23rd and arrived on the 25th. I emailed, and they swiftly answered with a reasonable explanation. The products are excellent.
