Some deals are nice, but some are deceiving, such as 20% off everything - but only if the price is decreased - does not state this- bit of a swindle. Everything is exactly what it says!
I recently purchased a couple goods, one of which was not as expected, and Forthecloset customer service responded immediately and remedied the matter, as one would expect.
The clit simulator had no proper instructions on how to activate, so I had to call customer service after also checking the website, and they were very helpful, but it could be "embarrassing/daunting" for someone else, like a first time user, to call about this and for the person on the other end to be a man...
Excellent service, speedy and discrete; nevertheless, the size of the product might have been made more evident. A five-star rating would have been acceptable in this circumstance.
The service response and shipping are wonderful, but I am not sure whether the products perform what they claim to do yet, so I will hold judgment.

My order arrived quickly after I placed it, however two products were defective. I returned them and am waiting for replacements.
Excellent client service. Had a defective item delivered, and they replaced it right away with no trouble.
Everything was good, except for the delivery time, which was reasonable given the circumstances.
Delivery was terrible, and now two, if the products do not function, I may return them and get a reimbursement.

My only issue, maybe exacerbated by Covid chaos, is the delay in receiving my product despite paying more for expedited shipping. Why charge for a (delivery) service that does not exist at the moment?!
The goods was somewhat late, but the interaction with the provider was excellent and swiftly rectified my issue; altogether, I am pleased with their service.
When we received this product, we could not wait to check it out; it did not disappoint. The only flaw was that the ball bearings inside were loose; otherwise, it would have received 5 stars.
