Always excellent service. Postage was swift, however delivery was delayed due to postal strikes. Everything was just as stated.
The things were wonderful, but the packaging was shoddy, and the postmaster gave me a strange look.

I adore the lingerie set, which is ideal for anyone smaller than myself (size 8 UK). I am guessing it would not fit because I received a small. The plug, on the other hand, was not it; I liked the appearance and everything, but the vibrating did not function, which was disappointing.
The velvety thigh and cuffs are great, and the tight cuff will fit around the ankle, which is excellent when you want to get medieval on her ass.

I have ordered from Forthecloset a few times before and never had any problems until recently. I paid extra for DPD delivery and DPD failed to collect from their warehouse, so obviously I will not get my order in time for weekend fun:P, but lovely Karen from Forthecloset support sorted it out for me and refunded me a delivery charge, so I just need to wait now for order to arrive delayed but it will be with me.
The only negative comment I have is that I had to call the firm for billing instructions, etc., but I did receive an email shortly after with the information I need. The lube is also good. I would buy both products again. Purchase from a reputable company.
I was actually trying to order with Groupon but it would not accept my post code after trying unsuccessfully via chat I then tried Forthecloset and it accepted my post code it was easy to access the search engine all listed I ordered and paid Monday afternoon and it was delivered the next morning perfect I am being honest the items bought were excellent and I cannot fault them or the service well done
