Easy ordering and speedy shipping, however when my lube purchase arrived, some of it had poured all over the "electrical" goods and their boxes, resulting in wet sticky boxes. Karen from customer services called me and left a voice message within minutes of Forthecloset becoming aware of the problem, and then followed up the next day with another call, going to great lengths to find out how to put things right and make me a happy customer again; nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. I have to add that the entire situation was handled extremely quickly and efficiently, with absolute concern for the client, and that it was possibly the best example of customer service I have ever had from any organization in my life.

Products were delivered on time and in good condition. One item, a little material bag, had a seam that was tearing apart. Because it was a low-cost item, I did not request that it be replaced. The bullet vibrator first functioned but subsequently failed after only a handful of uses. Again, because this is a low-cost item, I have not complained. It appears that low-cost merchandise from Chinese sources are untrustworthy.
