I placed a bulk order of roughly ten goods and was generally pleased with both the quality and the delivery, with the quality exceeding my expectations. Just a quick word of warning about one product. The silicone adjustable cuffs for ankles and wrists are not the same size. They seem identical on the webpage and are the same price, so you may easily get the wrong ones, like I did, and discover they do not fit. However, this was my fault, so no responsibility to Forthecloset!
The product was not satisfactory; in fact, we are returning it and hope for a Forthecloset credit to purchase something else because this item was unfit for usage.
The product was of good quality and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, my partner disliked the toy because she thought it was too large.
I have had no problems placing purchases or with the overall quality of the items, albeit some appear to have a 'limited' life-span.
There was a problem with the item I purchased. I was able to return it via a free post address and a replacement was sent by return of post. All though a little inconvenient, well handled.
wonderful product...does what it says...will buy more...Always read the labels...just one sales related comment.It would be much better to make it obvious which things are for sale and which are not.Avoid any disappointments at the checkout.
I have used this site a few times and it is normally really nice. I was called about an item that was out of stock, despite the fact that the website claimed it was available. Very professionally handled, and I was offered an option with an apology. Although the email subject should have been more specific.
The website was easy to use and effectively emphasized special offers. It even provides you the expiration date and time, which is useful for future planning. Adding the things to the bag was quite straightforward, as was the checkout procedure, and the response was excellent (completed order/out for delivery). The package arrived in conventional discrete packing, with airbags protecting the contents within. Except for one point, the stitching on the garter belt was so loose on one area that it fell apart in my hands (not a problem, it was quite easy to patch back together).
The toys arrived quickly, and they were just as promised. We had a lot of fun with them, and we are still having fun with them. Overall, a good service.
I have always enjoyed the toys from Forthecloset and decided to purchase myself some latex the last time I ordered. After double-checking all the specifications, I went for an XL, even though I am normally a size 16, and it came out a little smaller than I would have expected. My boobs look amazing, but they are still a little too tiny. I am pleased because it came with a complimentary latex lubricant and was reasonably priced.

Great for postage and return policy really works when needed, but things may alter significantly from the description or may be missing altogether. Overall, a good seller worth a shot.

I was really satisfied with my purchases, but I believe that in order to better shopping with Forthecloset, you could provide more information about the items, such as how to use them. One of the products I purchased was the first time I had used a product, and I did not know how to use it. I believe that information should have been included in the product description. However, I am really impressed with the overall quality of the items and service.
